Brad Fischer is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in benefits, compensation, employee relations, and recruitment. Currently serving as Director of Benefits and Compensation at UniGroup since May 2014, Brad has developed and implemented strategic HR initiatives, including full-cycle recruitment strategies and performance management processes. Prior roles include Manager of Employee Relations and Recruitment and Human Resources Generalist at UniGroup, where effective partnership with management to enhance talent development and succession planning was a key focus. Previously, Brad held HR and recruiting roles at Great Circle and served as a Sales Representative at Sun Container, Inc. and Human Resources Representative at President Casino. Education includes a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from McKendree University.
