Lijia Monica You currently serves as the Country Manager at Master Martini China with Unigrà since October 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Sales and Retail Operation Manager at GCDS from April 2022 to October 2023, and an Area Manager position at FALCONERI from May 2019 to April 2022. Lijia held the position of Greater China Retail Coordinator, Trainer and Business Developer at Ermanno Scervino from January 2017 to May 2019, and served as Executive Assistant to the President at Riqing Enterprise from January 2013 to December 2016. Earlier career includes working as a Jr. Consultant at Star.CH and as an intern at Wu Promotion. Lijia holds both a Master's and a Bachelor's degree from Università Ca'​ Foscari Venezia, as well as educational experience from East China Normal University.
