Shivam Satrawal is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder and VP of Product Management at UnifyApps since April 2024, Shivam previously held multiple senior roles at Sprinklr from May 2021 to January 2024, including Senior Director and Director of Product Management. At airtel, from June 2016 to May 2021, Shivam excelled as Senior Product Manager, leading initiatives such as the development of a new delivery and billing platform for B2B customers, significantly improving service delivery times and reducing billing failures. Additional roles included product management in digital transformation and key account management, where Shivam drove sales across various enterprise products.
