Nicole Moorer currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Branches, Contact Centers, and Branch Operations at UNIFY Financial Credit Union, a position held since 2021. With extensive experience in the financial services sector, Moorer previously held the role of First Senior Vice President and Head of Retail Branches at Valley National Bank from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, Moorer worked at Capital One for nearly a decade as SVP, Market Executive - Business Banking Director, focusing on strategic leadership and revenue growth. Additional experience includes serving as Regional Vice President - Retail at TD Banknorth and VP, Regional Sales Manager at JPMorgan Chase, where responsibilities encompassed directing sales initiatives and managing numerous branches across multiple states. Nicole Moorer earned an Executive MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from The College of New Rochelle.
