John LaRuffa has extensive experience in manufacturing operations, particularly in quality management and engineering roles. Since April 2007, John has held multiple positions at Uniform Color, including Quality and Engineering Manager, Market Segment Manager, Technology Manager, and Plant Manager, where responsibilities encompass overseeing manufacturing operations in Holland, MI and leading a team of over 85 employees to ensure high-quality production and safety standards. Prior to this, John served in the United States Air Force from July 2004 to April 2007 as a Field Service & Automotive Technical Manager and Developmental Engineer. John earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering with a specialty in Polymers from Michigan State University in 2004.
