Ravi Bharadwaj is a seasoned professional with experience in client service and technical support. Currently serving as Lead Client Service at Unifocus since October 2019, Ravi engages with clients to assess product needs and configure systems accordingly. Previously, Ravi held the position of Sr. Technical Support Executive at CRM Services from May 2018 to July 2019. Ravi holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Swami Vivekananda Subharti University, obtained between 2016 and 2019, and has completed the CA Foundation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Education includes an Intermediate degree and a Senior Secondary degree from D.A.V Model School Dhanbad.
