Matt Thompson is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, financial planning and analysis, and corporate financial strategy. Currently serving as Vice President Finance at Unified Door & Hardware Group since November 2020, Matt has a background that includes key roles such as Managing Member at WJT Enterprises, LLC, where financial consulting services were provided, and Vice President positions at both RJM & Company LLC and Royal Blue Capital, LLC. Earlier in their career, Matt managed over $250 million in real estate assets as Asset Manager at CRES Management and began with customer service and financial roles at Capitol Federal Savings and Commerce Bank. Matts's educational foundation includes a BS in Business Administration from The University of Kansas and an MBA in Finance and Leadership & Change from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
