James Capera is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Unified Door & Hardware Group since May 2022, James previously held the position of HR Business Partner at Nassau Candy Distributors, Inc. from June 2021 to May 2022. Prior to that, James spent nearly a decade at Gate Gourmet as Human Resources Director, managing HR functions for the largest airline caterer in the world and overseeing multiple locations and departments, including Safety and CDL Driver Compliance Services. James also served as Sr. Manager of Human Resources for the East Region at LSG Sky Chefs from January 2007 to December 2010, demonstrating expertise in shaping HR strategies and leading diverse teams.
