Jose Bernardo Araune, CPA, currently serves as the Assistant Accounting Manager for the Metaverse at Unified Accounting & Tax LLP since December 2021. Prior to this role, Jose held multiple positions at Argayoso Group of Companies, including Chief Audit Executive and Head of Internal Audit from July 2016 to January 2022. Additionally, Jose worked as a Senior Audit Associate and Audit Associate at BDO Alba Romeo & Co., CPAs from November 2013 to July 2016, focusing on statutory audits and supervising audit staff functions for high-valued clients. Jose holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan, completed in 2013.
