Frederick Shaw serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Unifi Asset Management LP since March 2024. Prior to this role, Frederick held the position of Regional Managing Director and Head of North America at Apex Group Ltd from July 2023 to February 2024. Frederick has extensive experience in risk management and operations, having worked at Hamilton Lane from March 2011 to April 2023, where roles included Chief Risk Officer and Global Head of Operations. Frederick also served as Chief Compliance Officer at Natsource, LLC from March 2008 to March 2011, and gained early experience in compliance and operations at Bear Stearns Asset Management, JP Morgan Private Bank, and UBS. Frederick holds a Certificate in Financial Risk Management from NYU School of Continuing and Professional Studies and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Delaware.
