Benjamin Simon has extensive experience in training management and team leadership. Currently serving as Conseiller formation, Responsable d’équipe de chargés de formation, Chargé de formation, and Assistant de formation at Unifadom since April 2021, Benjamin oversees daily operations for apprentices, manages OPCO files, e-learning follow-ups, training schedules, and billing processes. Prior experience includes a role as chargé de développement at D'Facto from October 2020 to March 2021, where Benjamin successfully organized collective information sessions and recruited 40 apprentices. Earlier work at Intersport from September 2016 to August 2020 involved managing a team of six, creating weekly schedules, supervising stock management, and training staff on company standards. Educational achievements include a Master in Management des Entreprises from ECMGP, a professional license in Management du Point de Vente from CFA Descartes – UPEM, and a BTS in Management des Unités Commerciales from Institut F2I.
