Paolo Carminati is an experienced engineer currently serving as the Lead Process Engineer at Unidro since April 2018, where responsibilities include supervising critical process design aspects and coordinating with Process Engineers on technology selection, equipment design, and key process documentation. Prior to this role, Paolo held positions as Proposal & Process Engineer, focusing on the sizing and design of water and wastewater treatment units, preparation of technical documentation, and client engagement during various project phases. Paolo's career also includes experience as a Wastewater Treatment Plant Field Technician at Amiacque Srl, where monitoring and analysis of plant performance were key tasks. Paolo holds a Laurea Magistrale in Environmental and Land Planning Engineering and a Laurea Triennale in the same field from Politecnico di Milano.
