Carlos Minami has over 15 years of experience in the field of information security and digital investigations. Carlos currently holds the position of Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Unidas. Prior to this role, they worked as the Chief Information Security Officer (Advisor) at Ventura Enterprise Risk Management. Carlos has also served as the Information Security Coordinator (Blue and Red Team) at Grupo Recovery, Banco Votorantim, Telefónica, Allianz, and Inmetrics. Additionally, they have held the position of Information Security Manager at Ventura Enterprise Risk Management. Carlos began their career as a Server Admin and Analyst Support User at SW Consulting. Throughout their career, Carlos has gained expertise in areas such as penetration testing, vulnerability management, incident management, and IT security architecture. Carlos Minami completed their Post Graduate degree in Computer Forensics with a focus on Expert Digital Crimes at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they graduated with a degree in Computer Science, specializing in Technology and Information, from Universidade Paulista between 2006 and 2010. In addition, Carlos obtained a certification in Guerra Eletrônica from Exército Brasileiro in 2019.
