Christian Ursin-Holm has extensive work experience in various industries, starting with their role as Market Analysis at IBM from 1988 to 1990. Christian then worked as a Managing Consultant at Gemini Consulting (now part of Cap Gemini) from 1990 to 1998, where they were a consultant in the strategy discipline and co-led the Nordic strategy discipline. From 1998 to 1999, Christian worked as the Director of Business Development at EuNet, a pan-European internet service provider.
In 1999, Christian joined Mogul AB as Vice President and Group Director, where they led corporate development at the group level and was responsible for acquisitions and synergies across the group. After leaving Mogul in 2001, Christian joined Telenor Digital Services as a Vice President, where they worked extensively with innovation through corporate venturing and incubation/spin-off.
In 2014, Christian founded Njubee Digital and served as Founder and Director. Christian then became CEO of Innoco AS in 2015, where they focused on helping clients embrace and integrate innovation into their organizations. Currently, Christian is the CEO of Unicus AS, a consulting company that specializes in testing and quality assurance of IT systems, employing consultants with Asperger syndrome.
Throughout their career, Christian also held various board positions in different companies, including Medarbeiderne and Simlink. Medarbeiderne is a social entrepreneur that works with waste collection and employs former addicts, while Simlink develops hardware security solutions for wireless networks.

Christian Ursin-Holm completed their first degree in International Business and Marketing (Handelsøkonom) from BI Norwegian Business School between 1984 and 1988. In 1996, they attended the IMD, where they participated in the PED (Program for Executive Education). In 2003, they pursued a Master of Management course from BI Norwegian Business School. Additionally, in 2009, they completed the Telenor Expand course, an internal leadership program.
