Dragan N. is an experienced project manager and Scrum master currently working at UniCredit Bank Serbia since May 2022, where Dragan N. leads teams and delivers both Waterfall and Agile projects while fostering open communication to enhance efficiency and team satisfaction. Prior experience includes a 16-year tenure at NLB Komercijalna banka, serving in various roles such as Project Manager and Digital Media Manager, contributing to significant projects including the integration of NLB and Komercijalna into one bank. Dragan N. holds a marketing management degree from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Belgrade and completed secondary education in economics at Economic School, Cacak.
