Lilian Ruttenberg is an experienced educator, currently serving as a Leerkracht NT2 at Unicoz Onderwijsgroep since August 2020, where responsibilities include teaching Dutch language skills to newcomer students in primary education. Previous roles include teaching at Carmelcollege Gouda, preparing adolescent newcomers for regular vocational education, and acting as a mentor in international classes. Additional experience spans roles in event management and hospitality coordination at Cultuurpodium Boerderij, where Lilian oversees the central cloakroom and horeca operations during events. Lilian has also worked as a freelance photographer and provided tutoring services. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Communication Science from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Cultural and Social Development from Hogeschool Leiden.
