Lynda Woodward-Collie serves as Vice President of Real Estate Services at Unico Properties LLC since 2015, following a role as General Manager at CBRE, Inc. from 2010 to 2015, where management responsibilities included significant downtown office properties in Seattle. Prior experience includes Director of Asset Operations at Schnitzer West, LLC, overseeing asset transitions between January 2003 and December 2009, and earlier roles as Sr Real Estate Manager at CB Richard Ellis and Asset Manager at Catellus Development Corporation. Lynda's career began as a Property Manager at The Koll Company. Lynda holds an MBA from the UW Foster School of Business and a BA in Economics and Accounting from UC Santa Barbara.
