Luke Parker serves as the Chief Engineer at Unico Properties LLC since June 2022, bringing extensive experience in building maintenance and engineering. Prior to this role, Luke held the position of Building Maintenance Supervisor at HCA Healthcare from January 2018 to June 2022 and was the Lead Engineer at Cushman & Wakefield from May 2012 to January 2018. Education includes attendance at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from August 1999 to 2001 and graduation from Smyrna High School in 1998. Additionally, Luke earned a degree in HVACR, specializing in heating, air conditioning, ventilation, troubleshooting, and repair from Total Tech.
