Stephanie Kung is currently working as the Scientific Affairs - R&D at Unicity International. With a background in Nutrition and Food Science, Stephanie has conducted research on bioactives and strategies to mitigate exercise-induced gastrointestinal injury. In the past, Stephanie has worked as a Production Technician at Aggie Chocolate Factory, a Science Instructor at FLEX College Prep, and held various research positions at institutions like Utah State University and UC Berkeley. Stephanie's experience includes utilizing transmission X-ray microscopy for biological research and identifying cuticular hydrocarbon signaling molecules in ant colonies.
