Jerret Elton has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. From 2015 to the present, they have been employed at Unicity International, where they held roles such as Global Production Planning Manager, Inventory Planning Supervisor, and Global Inventory/Demand Planner. Their responsibilities included coordinating production between multiple facilities, consolidating production Bill-of-Materials, and managing inventory planning.

Prior to their stint at Unicity International, Jerret worked at Los Hermanos Restaurant from 2013 to 2015 as a Manager. During this time, they implemented strategies to reduce food costs, developed pricing guides and inventory control systems, and trained employees on customer service standards.

From 2009 to 2013, Jerret worked at Sundance Resort in various capacities, including Treasurer for the Green Team, Project Coordinator and Preventative Maintenance, and Grounds Maintenance. Their roles involved coordinating projects, ensuring room maintenance for guests, and providing guest assistance and information.

Jerret's employment history also includes a volunteer service at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 2003 to 2004.

Jerret Elton attended Utah Valley University from 2006 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management. In December 2015, they completed The Dale Carnegie Foundations for Success Program at Dale Carnegie Training and obtained a certification.
