Dr. Christian Kolmer is an experienced professional in data operations and political research, currently serving as a Senior Data Operations Specialist, Teamleiter, and Senior Consultant at UNICEPTA since January 2017. Prior to this role, Dr. Kolmer was the Head of Political Research at Media Tenor International from April 1995 to January 2017. Dr. Kolmer holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Publizistik- und Kommunikationswissenschaft from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and completed studies at Ruhr University Bochum from 1985 to 1988.
