Richard Marshall has a diverse work experience in various leadership and technical roles across different companies. Richard started their career in 2000 as a Systems Administrator at NetDoctor and then moved to Pink Roccade as a Systems Administrator in 2003. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as an IT Manager at SportBusiness Group. Marshall then joined Vibrant Media as a Production Engineering Manager, where they eventually became the Production Operations Manager. At TagMan, they served as an Operations Director, implementing cloud provisioned instances and effective platform monitoring. Marshall worked at First Utility as a Lead DevOps Engineer and later as a Principal TechOps Engineer. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Wealth Wizards, initially as a Principal Platform Engineer and later as the Head of Platform and CTO. At ManyPets, they held the role of Engineering Manager, responsible for leading platform teams and driving organizational changes. Currently, Marshall is the Head of Platform at Unibuddy, starting in 2023.

Richard Marshall attended London South Bank University from 1996 to 1999, where they earned a 2:1 (Hons) degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
