Jack Craig has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Jack joined Unibuddy in 2019 and worked as a Partnerships Manager where they developed digital ambassador programs and recruitment strategies to help students choose universities. Jack later became the Senior Partnerships Manager and then the UPM Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Sales (ROW).
Prior to Unibuddy, Jack worked at London Business School from 2011 to 2019. Jack served as the Senior Business Development Manager, Experiential Learning, leading the development and delivery of project-based courses. Jack also held the role of Senior MBA Programme Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations and managing a team. Moreover, Jack was the MBA Programme Manager, responsible for student communications, event management, pastoral support, and academic administration.
Jack's earlier work experience includes a role as a Course Enquiries Officer at the University of Westminster from 2008 to 2011. In this position, they engaged with prospective students, provided comprehensive information about courses, and supported the marketing and development teams.
Throughout their career, Jack has demonstrated expertise in sales, partnerships, program management, marketing, and customer support.
Jack Craig attended Haberdasher Aske's Hatcham College from 1997 to 2004. Jack then went on to attend the University of Sussex from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and Philosophy.
