Amy Downes has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Amy started their career at Queen Mary University of London, where they worked as a UK Student Recruitment Assistant and later as a UK Student Recruitment Officer from February 2016 to April 2018. In April 2018, they transitioned to Unibuddy, where they worked as a Customer Success Manager until September 2019. Amy then became the Head of Customer Success for North America at Unibuddy, a position they held until August 2022. From August 2022 onwards, Amy served as the Director of Customer Success for EMEA/APAC at Unibuddy. Additionally, in August 2021, they joined Pavilion as an Associate.
Amy Downes pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in History at the University of Leeds from 2008 to 2011. Amy later attended King's College London and earned a Master of Research degree in History, which they completed in 2015.
