In 2000, Frank began his career at Uni-Data as a Desktop Support Lead and Break/Fix manager. At the midtown campus for the client, JPMorgan Chase, he was responsible for user application deployments, coordinating IMACs for the trading desk, and providing project management. In 2006, he took a full-time position as a Project Manager at JPMorgan Chase, where he would cultivate his project management skills for the next 10 years. In 2015, he returned to Uni-Data as an Account and Service Delivery Manager, responsible for staffing and managing projects for several Fortune 500 clients. He lends his extensive experience to guarantee all projects are managed and staffed with well-qualified technicians and are completed according to the client's Scope of Work.
