Previous experience includes roles as Principal Director - Oracle Lead Africa GU at Accenture, where Thinus managed business unit operations and complex Oracle implementations, and Practice Lead at Rittman Mead, focusing on business strategy and financial reporting for the South African entity. Thinus has also held various positions in business development and management across organizations such as Xpedia, Oracle Corporation South Africa, and KPMG, demonstrating a strong background in project management, solution architecture, and vendor relationships. Thinus holds a B.Com in Accounting from North-West University.
