Ignacio Javier Lozano León has had a varied career, beginning in 2001 as an employee of the University of Oviedo and then working as a help-desk technician for K-Infotec Sistemas in 2005. In the same year, they also worked as a teacher for Cimadevilla System. In 2006, they worked as a service technician for Media Markt, and in 2009 they became an advisor for sales at Pc City Spain S.A.U. In 2011, they worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer for GFI Informática, performing functional tests on Ericsson, Telefónica de España, Bankia, and Telefónica Movil de Venezuela projects. From 2015 to 2021, Ignacio worked as a Software QA Tester for AppQuality and a QA Engineer for Exceltic. In 2022, they became a Quality Assurance Analyst for Inetum, creating an environment for quality assurance and studying user stories to generate acceptance criteria, designing test cases, reporting and tracking defects, and generating reports.

Ignacio Javier Lozano León has a varied educational background. From 2013 to 2017, they attended the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D., where they obtained a degree in Administración y Dirección de Empresas. From 2012 to 2014, they attended IES Pablo Neruda where they obtained a CFGS in Técnico en Gestión Comercial y Marketing. From 2000 to 2005, they attended the Universidad de Oviedo, where they studied Tecnología/Técnico de ingeniería informática. Additionally, Ignacio has obtained several certifications, including Digitaliza paso a paso tu negocio con herramientas de Google from Google in 2023, Basic Course on useful Tools for Test Campaigns from AppQuality in 2021, AppQuality Tester from AppQuality in 2021, and Certificado de Código de Honor de edX para el curso Super-Earths and Life from edX in 2015.
