Jasmine Bailey is a seasoned Talent Development Manager currently working at UNFCU since June 2022, previously serving as Global Talent Development Manager at Trustpilot from October 2014 to June 2022. In this role, Jasmine led a Senior Leadership Development Path, collaborating with the Executive Leadership Team and HR to identify leadership capabilities through a gap analysis using 360 feedback. Jasmine sourced and partnered with external consultants to design and implement a comprehensive four-month leadership development program. Earlier experience includes roles as L&D Manager, Trainer, and Account Executive at Trustpilot, as well as a Student Assistant at The Resource Center for Sexual and Gender Diversity at Bowdoin College, where event planning and discussions with guest speakers were part of the responsibilities. Jasmine's career began with an internship at HAWC Healing Abuse Working for Change. Jasmine holds a Bachelor's degree in Government and Spanish from Bowdoin College, obtained in 2014.
