Paulo Arbex has extensive experience in agricultural machinery and mechanization, currently serving as a Professor at Unesp, Botucatu, since January 2001. Responsibilities include teaching courses on Agricultural Machines, Agricultural Mechanization, Engines and Agricultural Machinery, and Applied Mechanics for undergraduate programs in Agronomy, Forestry Engineering, and Animal Science, as well as graduate-level courses in Agricultural Engineering. Paulo has also held roles as an International Speaker on "Plantability," a Counselor for CREA-SP, and a University Professor and Coordinator of the Agronomy course at FIB. Additionally, Paulo served as the Director of Agriculture for the Municipal Secretary of Agriculture in Botucatu from 2009 to 2011. Educational qualifications include a Livre-docência in Agricultural Mechanization, a Doctorate and Master's degree in Mecanização AgrÃcola, and an Agricultural Engineering degree, all from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho.
