Whitney Wright has a long and varied work experience. Whitney began their career in 2008 as a Managing Consultant at The Beacon Group, LLC. In 2009, they became a Chef de Partie at Per Se and Restaurant Eve with the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group. In 2011, they moved to Gilt Groupe as a Director of Special Projects. From 2013-2017, Whitney worked at Time Inc., where they held the roles of EVP of Business Development and Partnerships and General Manager and Food Director of Southern Living. During this time, they also co-founded Athena Collective and worked as a Director at Cook & Bynum Capital Management. In 2017, they became a Catalyst Fellow at the Community Foundation of Greater Birmingham. In 2021, they took on a role as Vice President of Communications at Milo's Tea Company, Inc. Most recently, Whitney became the Founder of Elia Fulmen in 2020 and the Head of Communications at Une Femme Wines in 2022.
Whitney Wright attended Lehigh University for Industrial and Mechanical Engineering, L'Academie de Cuisine for Culinary Arts, and New York University for Journalism.
