Shane Whitman is an experienced professional in the construction and engineering sectors, currently serving as the Regional Construction Manager at Underground Solutions since May 2019. Prior to this role, Shane worked as a Continuous Improvements Engineer at Innovative Refrigeration Systems Inc. from January 2016 to May 2019, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency within the service department. Earlier experiences include serving as a Student Worker at West Virginia University Dining Services, and completing an internship at Bob Whitman General Contracting, where responsibilities included implementing standardized work scheduling and supporting quality control.
