Nicholas Green is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as General Counsel at Underdog Fantasy since September 2022, where responsibilities include coordinating all legal and compliance functions for a team of over 300 employees in the innovative gaming sector. Prior to this role, Nicholas was a Partner at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP from December 2012 to January 2022, representing high-profile clients such as FanDuel and DraftKings in various legal matters. Additional experience includes serving as Of Counsel and Senior Associate at the same firm, as well as a Staff Attorney at the United States Sentencing Commission from 2010 to 2012, where contributions included advising on federal sentencing law and drafting key reports. Nicholas also gained valuable judicial experience as a law clerk for judges at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina.
