Molly Burdick is an experienced product manager with a strong background in digital content and product marketing. Currently serving as the Lead Product Manager for Digital Content at Under Armour since September 2024, Molly plays a key role in enhancing the company's storytelling capabilities and delivering user-facing content in collaboration with various cross-functional teams. Prior to this, Molly founded the product marketing function at When I Work, focusing on revenue execution and strategic pricing. Molly's extensive tenure at Nike included leadership roles in global workforce management and corporate information security, managing substantial labor costs. Earlier in the career, Molly gained valuable experience at Kronos Incorporated as a Solution Consultant and Product Manager. Molly holds a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from Portland State University and an Associate of Science from Portland Community College.
