Ivana Pavelić has extensive experience in project management, having held several leadership and managerial roles since 2006. Currently serving as the Head of Project Management Office and Senior Project Manager at Undabot since May 2021, Ivana specializes in managing diverse projects using traditional, hybrid, and Agile methodologies while leading cross-functional remote teams. Previous roles include PMO Team Lead and Senior Project Manager at Very Big Things, where multiple mobile and web projects were managed, and Head of Project Management Office at Styria Digital Development, focusing on developing digital media publishing solutions. Ivana also has experience as a Project Manager in various industries, including e-commerce and digitization projects in the public sector. Ivana holds a degree from Zagreb University of Applied Sciences.
