Jon Urlie is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, outdoor leadership, event management, and fundraising. Currently serving as a Special Education Paraprofessional at Seattle Public Schools since September 2015, Jon assists and supports teachers and students with special needs. In addition to this role, Jon has been the Head Guide at Bicycle Adventures since April 2019, leading cycling tours and managing logistics for a safe and enjoyable experience. As a PSIA Alpine Level II Ski Instructor at Summit at Snoqualmie and a Deckhand for Un-Cruise Adventures, Jon demonstrates strong instructional and teamwork skills. Previous roles include Development Manager for the American Lung Association of the Mountain Pacific, where event planning and community engagement were key responsibilities, and Senior Fundraising Manager for Public Outreach Fundraising, where leadership and management were emphasized. Jon's journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Central Washington University, complemented by a music minor and an educational experience at the University of Ghana.
