Aline Burchfield is a seasoned professional in customer service and account management, currently serving as the Groups & Charters Account Manager and Adventure Specialist at UnCruise Adventures Small Ship Cruising since March 2021. Previously, Aline worked as a Customer Care Representative at Sendinblue for a brief period in 2020, and held multiple roles at UnCruise Adventures from 2018 to 2020, including Sales Counselor. Aline's extensive experience includes positions at The Herbfarm Restaurant as an Office Bee/Reservationist, Blue Nile as a Diamond & Jewelry Consultant, and various roles at ClickBank from 2010 to 2014, notably contributing to the International Focus Team for French-speaking clients. Aline's foundational experience in hospitality was established as Reception Manager at Estérel Resort and Assistant Manager at Mercure ACCOR hotels, along with early cooking positions at Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing and Schooner Restaurant.
