Temitope Alexander-Nzemeka's work experience includes being the Head of Operations at Uncover starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Marketing Team Lead at Zaron Group of Cosmetics from January 2021 to December 2022. They were also a HNI Consultant at Globacom from February 2015 to January 2021.

Temitope Alexander-Nzemeka holds a Master's degree in International Law and Diplomacy (MILD) from the University of Lagos, which they obtained from 2015 to 2017. Temitope also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General from the University of Ado - Ekiti, which they completed from 2008 to 2013. In 2020, they pursued further education in Digital Marketing and obtained a specialist certification from the Digital Marketing Skill Institute between 2020 and 2021. Additionally, they obtained a certificate in Cosmetics Science from the Beauty Therapy Institute in 2021. Temitope is also a graduate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).
