Alexis Rayon has a diverse and extensive work experience. Alexis began their career as a Sales Associate at Nordstrom in 2003 and worked there until 2005. From 2005 to 2009, they held multiple roles at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, including Residence Liaison and Market Research Analyst and Sales Coordinator. In 2008, they joined The Uncommon Fashion Group as the Director of Marketing, Visual & Media, and remained there until 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a District Sales Manager at Cusano's Fresh Food Service. Currently, they are the President of Sales & Marketing at UnCommon Fashion since 2012.

Alexis Rayon obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in General and Hospitality Management from Florida International University, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2002, Alexis studied Fashion Merchandising at Florida State University.
