Wayne Moore is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in the consumer and services sectors. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Crux Capital Ltd since January 2019, Wayne focuses on investing in and growing high-quality businesses. Current roles include Chairman of the Board at Uncommon Brands, Board Member at HTeaO and Buff City Soap, and Board Member at Woody's Brands, LLC. Additionally, Wayne serves as Chairman of the Board for Superscapes, Inc., and holds leadership positions within YPO as Co-Chairman of the Board and Interim Co-CEO. Previous roles include Co-Founder and Partner at Lunia Capital LP, Director at Carlson Capital, and Co-Founder at YX Funds Ltd. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University.
