Evangelia (Lia) Hondroulis, Ph.D., is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in biomedical engineering and pharmaceutical sciences. Currently, Lia serves as Manager of FAS at Unchained Labs, where prior roles included Senior Field Applications Scientist and Field Applications Scientist. Previous positions include Senior Research Associate at CDM New York, where Lia specialized in verifying medical information and conducting research on disease states, and Postdoctoral Research Associate at Northeastern University, focusing on innovative projects in microfluidics and drug delivery. Lia also has a foundation in teaching and research from Florida International University, where significant work involved drug transport modeling and nanotechnology. With a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Florida International University and a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Columbia University, Lia combines scientific expertise with a strong ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
