Previously, Ben held similar roles at Blacktrace Holdings Ltd, focusing on particle formation and microfluidics integration for various applications. Experience also includes work as a Senior Scientist at Particle Works, where Ben developed high-performance nanomaterials, and as a Senior Analyst at Oakland Innovation, contributing to technology consultancy projects. A well-grounded academic background includes a Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of Cambridge and a Master’s degree in Chemistry from Durham University, along with a significant industrial placement at Johnson Matthey.
