Kathleen Clawar, MBA, currently serves as the Quality and Organizational Excellence Leader at UNC Health since September 2019. Previously, Kathleen held the position of Senior Care Consultant at CarePatrol Franchise Systems, LLC from January to June 2019. Kathleen's extensive experience at MetLife, spanning from February 2005 to December 2018, includes roles such as KPI Lead, where responsibilities involved partnering with business unit leaders, managing financial analysis and reporting, and utilizing Business Intelligence tools for operational improvements. Kathleen began career as a Research Associate at NKR and Associates from 2004 to 2006. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from SUNY Empire State College and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Financial Decision Systems from the University at Albany.
