Darlene Carter is an experienced HCS Applications Systems Analyst at UNC Health since December 2021, following a tenure as an Ambulatory Analyst at UNC Health Southeastern from February 2020 to December 2021. Prior to these roles, Darlene held various positions at Southeastern Regional Med Center from February 1992 to February 2020, advancing from Help Desk Coordinator to Network Analyst II. Additional experience includes roles as Employment Interviewer at the Employment Security Office, Program Specialist at Lumber River Council of Governments, Ambulance Billing Clerk at Robeson County Health Department, Office Manager with Kelly Services, and Production Control Specialist at West Point Pepperell. Darlene holds a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity from Walden University and a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University.
