Erica Schwarting is an experienced professional with a diverse background in health care and management. Currently serving as the Manager of Inclusion and Well-being at UNC Health Blue Ridge since January 2017, and previously as the Manager of Volunteer & Spiritual Care Services, Erica's expertise spans several roles.
