Christina Sullivan has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2015 as a Research Volunteer at the UNC Center of Excellence for Eating Disorders. In 2016, they were a Graduate Teaching Assistant at East Carolina University. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Spectrum as a Leadership Development Team Intern and then a Leadership Development Program Coordinator. In 2018, they became a Learning and Development Specialist at Albemarle Corporation, where they implemented company-wide training initiatives, developed KPIs, enhanced internal communication, provided support for eLearning, redesigned the new employee onboarding experience, redesigned the Global Learning and Development internal webpage, aided in the implementation of global leadership development programs, supported the 360 feedback program, managed the Global Learning and Development team budget and invoices, and supported the development of various Instructor led training sessions. In 2021, they began working at Unboxed Training & Technology as a Client Project Manager and then a Senior Client Project Manager.
Christina Sullivan attended East Carolina University from 2016 to 2018, where they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Prior to that, they attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology.
