Kirk Swientoniowski is an accomplished instructional designer with extensive experience in eLearning and curriculum development. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at Unanet since June 2019, Kirk specializes in designing training for diverse audiences, leading curriculum development for CRM software, and transitioning course formats from Storyline to Rise. Prior to this, Kirk worked at MedStar SiTEL as an Instructional Designer, where responsibilities included leading large-scale training rollouts and managing project goals. Kirk's experience also encompasses teaching mathematics at the secondary level in various school districts, fostering instructional strategies and curriculum development. Kirk holds a Master’s Degree in Education & Instructional Technology from George Mason University and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from Western Michigan University.
