Joy S. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Junior Web Developer at Sentry Group. In 2012, they joined EC Scott Group as an IT Applications Specialist, where they customized and implemented Salesforce fields, provided troubleshooting and support, developed procedures for operational efficiency, and conducted user training. In 2014, they became the Website Manager at Big Belli LLC, responsible for website development and maintenance, content creation, and ensuring functionality. Joy then worked as a Consultant at Solveig Studio from 2016 to 2017. From 2019 to 2021, they served as a Salesforce Administrator at Bitly, managing the Salesforce org, collaborating with business partners, implementing change control and best practices, and working with executive-level leaders. At Vimeo from 2021 to 2022, they held the role of Director of Sales Systems and Operations, defining the long-term vision, leading strategic initiatives, and engaging with senior and executive management. Currently, Joy is Vice President of GTM Business Systems and Operations at Unanet, a role they have held since November 2023, where they oversee the GTM business systems and operations. Prior to this role, they were the Senior Director of GTM Business Systems and Operations at Unanet from October 2022 to October 2023.

Joy S. holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Technology Web and Multimedia Development from Rochester Institute of Technology. In 2019, they obtained the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certifications from Salesforce.
