Srishti Gautam is a Programme Officer at UN Global Compact Network India since February 2023, leading a project focused on climate change and developing a waste-to-wealth model in Osmanabad, Maharashtra, aimed at empowering indigenous farmers. Prior experience includes a capstone project with UNESCO addressing the Rabha autonomy movement in Assam, and serving as Team Lead for Sustainable Development Goals, where Srishti worked on issues like Witch Hunting in Kamrup district and authored a paper analyzing the stigma surrounding it. Previous roles include Security and Threat Intelligence Analyst at Hozint, Research Intern at Chennai Centre for China Studies, and Research Intern at UN Global Compact Network India. Srishti coordinated programs at The Peacebuilding Project and contributed to research on clean water sustainability as a STARS Research Fellow. Additional experiences encompass legal internship at the Assam State Information Commission and volunteer teaching for Rohingya refugees. Srishti holds a Master's degree in Diplomacy, Law and Business from Jindal School of International Affairs and a Bachelor's in Political Science from Delhi University.
