Janet Helleberg has served as an Associate Programme Officer for the Global Goal on Adaptation at UN Climate Change since September 2011, engaging in various roles including coordination of the Enhanced Transparency Framework and International Assessment & Review functions. Janet specializes in developing communication materials, conducting independent research, organizing workshops, and providing training on Microsoft Office 365 products. Prior experience includes positions as a Key Account and Health Insurance Consultant at O'Driscoll O'Neil and as a Key Account representative at Arachas Corporate Brokers Ltd. Janet holds a Master's degree in Communication for Development from Malmö University and a Bachelor of Science in International Development from The London School of Economics and Political Science, along with diplomas in Financial Services and as a Certified Insurance Practitioner.
