Saeideh Banihashemi is a highly experienced physical scientist with a robust background in civil engineering and marine structures. Currently serving as Lead Physical Scientist and Wave Task Lead at Lynker since September 2022, Saeideh also holds a position as Scientist at NOAA since August 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Scientist at I. M. Systems Group Inc. and a Consultant at Crowley, focusing on metocean data related to offshore wind farm installations. Saeideh completed a PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware in 2018, and holds both an MS and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Tehran. Research experience spans significant contributions at the University of Washington and participation in specialized programs on fluid dynamics.
